The Basic Question : Would we be banned if Multi's are used in the Rotation process [Connected via 3rd Party account] without the item actually moving from Muti 1and been "Permanently Kept" by Multi 2?
[19:26] <RomanKind> I am not sure how servers
currently combat this ... but if they use a banking system .. with amulets ,
rings or scrolls ... they usually add the item for value and place it in the
market for 24 hours... and someone comes along and buys it for the value price .. then place it
back on the market for value price - and
so it continues - now ... if i had an account say roman1 and roman2 and they
were in the same guild
[19:29] <RomanKind> Roman1 places the item up for
value price.... then John buys it then places it back on the market for value
price ... then peter buys it and places it on the market for value price ....
then Roman2 comes along and buys that item [ Doesn't keep it] and places the
item on the market for value price ... and sara buys the item ... and so ..
technically that is trading via 3rd party ... The rule was written before
multi's were allowed on the same server ... as well as allowed in the same
guild
[19:31] <RomanKind> would they be banned ? should they
been banned/warned ....
The Answer: No - the rule was not for that purpose to ban for rotation
[19:44] <Dark_>
Well, this is more of a explicit rule towards people who aren't connecting
their multies
[19:44] <Dark_> Or play without a reported IP sharing.
[19:45] <Dark_> Or well, if someone tries to push
himself via a 3rd person.
[19:45] <Dark_> So if you trade items to your account
in some weird rotation like this, it clearly doesn't matter
[19:45] <Dark_> That would also be too difficult to
track
