Seal of Consulate - Market Price

When activating the seal of Consulate take note that the value price will reflect as 5% lower on the Guild Market/Normal Market.

When the likes of rings, amulets and Scrolls are used as banking items this could become very dangerous.
I will show you below an example of 1 Scroll reflecting 3 Different values - You can all imagine the risk involved.

The correct value of the scroll is 391 185

The same scroll reflects undervalued when the seal has been activated - and trying to place it on the GM [ Exactly 5% less]

 Then when selling it to the vendor, it reflects as 5% more when the seal has been activated

Killerloop has said that he would not ban for this sort of thing, however we need to be weary of it, just in case
