All of the items that start off with you, need to finish the rotation and end up at your account again - meaning, one can't buy them and sell them and forget about them. That is something that is clear, I believe. In case that someone forgets about the items and doesn't buy them back after they end up being sold, another scroll can be used in it's place.
But yeah, there won't be any issues on the matter.

Hi Dark
Sorry about this, as I am a little confused
There are 3 strategies around the scrolls
1. Individual basis - You buy your own scrolls - trade them to the vendor - then buy them back after changing the activation [No one else involved, only the individual that owns the scrolls - This is the one that I currently use]
2. Guild Market - Buy the banking scrolls off the market, trade with the vendor, then buy them back after changing the activation - and placing it back in the Guild market for banking purposes. [ This wouldn't require buying back the scroll, as scroll is placed on the Guild Market for value basis, and it becomes a trust issue to ensure that your guildmates return the scroll to the GM ] If they decide to keep the scroll - all it results in is guild mates shouting and fighting for the scroll to be returned.
3. The warehouse strategy.
This is the one that approval was requested on.
Gladiators donate scrolls to the guild.[A comprehensive list can be kept of the scrolls, values, type and person that donated the scrolls - with the list been sent via ticket for savekeeping when there are changes or monthly]
A gladiator that takes the scroll from the warehouse, can trade it into the vendor, but has 24 hours [Killerloop has suggested 48 hours] to return the scrolls to the warehouse.
Hopefully its the warehouse strategy that has been approved, as my concern is the following statement "one can't buy them and sell them and forget about them"
Would this mean that the scrolls can't be left in the warehouse?
Unless what is said - is that if one has not received scrolls via drop, and has bought them for 2 X the price, they can use them to trade over the GM, but need to buy them back and can't use them as banking items..... That is a practise that hasn't been used before.

[22:42] <RomanKind> is it the warehouse strategy that is approved
[22:43] <Dark_> yup yup
[22:43] <RomanKind> whereby everything can be logged and monitored
[22:43] <Dark_> With the selling part, I meant the "selling to the vendor" actually
[22:43] <Dark_> :D
[22:43] <RomanKind> :)
[22:43] <RomanKind> great....
[22:43] <Dark_> Rotations are fine
